Can anyone recommend a GPS receiver suitable for kayaking? (I saw the posts a few weeks ago about how one might mount one and about how waterproof one model is or is not, but I couldn't locate the thread....) I'd like to get one for my brother for Christmas. Even though he paddles a (GASP!) plastic kayak, I'm fond of him, and don't want him getting lost on his next Alaska expedition. (Please, good-faith recommendations only -- no responses indicating which models would be a "good way to kill my brother.")
