Hi, Will,
I can't recommend a GPS for you but I just thought I would let you know that there is one out there that is in a wrist watch. It is made by Sports Instruments and sells for $499.00 Canadian at Mountain Equipment Co-op in Vancouver, B.C. Probably available where ever you are too.
It had lots of bells and whistles and it would keep him found around town too.
Ian
P.s.- can I be your brother too!!
