FYI, there is a review of the Arctic Tern in the December issue of "Sea Kayaker". The also reviewed the CLC Chesapeake (I think 17) this year. Pygmy got the better review, but the Chesapeake's problems were mainly builder related.
Also, check out the Redfish Home Builder's Directory, there may be someone on it in your area that has built one of these kayaks.
