Bobby,

Nice job! The flush VCP hatchs look great. I poked around your site and saw that on your first boat you had the rear hatch surface mounted, which didn't look as good as the flush mounts. This was perfect timing for me 'cause I was going to use VCP hatches on a S&G I plan to build this winter, and I'll definitely do some sort of recess. Does the minimal clearance around the perimeter make them difficult to remove or replace?
