I am getting ready to start varnishing my Georgian Bay. What is the difference between Z*spar Captains and Z*spar Flagship varnish? This is my first finishing job, which is easier to use? What about thinner,there are three different kinds for Z*spar varnish (Fast,med,brush flow). Will a quart be enough for three or four coats? Is three or four coats good? Anything else I should be aware of? After the varnishing is done, should I smooth the finish with a real fine paper (400 or 600) and wax?
