Good point, Grant. We use a rotary cutter also for the glass, but haven't made tape out of it. I like that idea. Less waste. Only thing is that we use the rubberized board that comes with the rotary cutter kit and sliding it down every 24 inches is rather tedious, but we haven't had much problem with that and the cut is nice and smooth.

I wonder how many plies (sp?) you can cut at once. We only cut two plies at once. I would think more than that would get pretty tricky.
