I think SnapDragon can custom build neoprene ones in the $150 range.

You could also make your own-- I wrote up instructions for Don Lueder about a month ago--link below:

For the larger Mill Creek cockpit, you might need 1.5 yards of fabric.

For that large cockpit, especially if you think you'll have a wave or two breaking over the deck, an implosion bar or two wouldn't be a bad idea.
