Guillemot sizing

I intend to build a Guillemot this winter but am unable to determine if the boat will be large enough for my size. I am 210 lbs, 6' 1" tall and wear a size 12 shoe. I intend to use the boat for day trips only as I already own a Cape Charles for expeditions. I would appreciate comments of builders of my stature on how the boat responds . Thanks in advance - Jim
