I'm 6'-6", 185, size 13.5
It was a bit too small below deck for my feet, but they're sticking farther into the hull than yours would.
I'm building a Guillemot stretched to 18', and added 1" of height to the deck.
As for response--wow!! It's like a little sports car. Very maneuverable and very, very, very easy to roll.
