Re: Wood Questions

Posted by: James McKenzie on December 2, 1999

I have the River Salvaged Redwood. The color varies from piece to piece. From a beautiful red to purple to black. The growth lines range between 50 and 100 lines per inch. These old growth trees fell over 150 years ago. There is a limited supply. The wood holds up to any application. Please contact me or see the web page that Rob Forsell mentioned. It is furniture and mill site but under the dining room table section you can see an example of the wood. Or contact me for a picture of my Mantel in my own House. Thank you James McKenzie
