building shed

I don't have a garage but would like to begin building a S&G (Artic Tern?) from a kit as soon as it warms up in the spring enough to work with the epoxy. I envision a 10' X 20' greenhouse-type affair that I could cover with plastic. When done building I might lower it to make a boat shed. Any and all shelter suggestions are appreciated.
