Nick, I bought your book "the Strip- Built Sea Kayak" it has given me much useful information. I used the data from (figures 4-9 & 4-12) to enter the points in Autocad to generate the forms for the "Guillemot" . Minor problems with a few points which appear to be corrected in your updates and corrections listed on this site. I then did the same for the Guillemot Double and ran into significant differences. Using figures 4-13 & 4-15 for forms 1/2, 1, 19, 19 1/2, Bow, and Stern the top dimensions are offset when compared to the height of the end form bow and stern dimensions at 12" and 18". Example 1/2 form at 0 and 11.40" doesn't match the bow 18" length with a height of 9.34" this would put the 1/2 form approx. 1.9" above the top of the end form at the position it should be attached. If I did something wrong I would expect to have to same problem with both boats not just one. Seeing as how I have decided to build the double I could use some help in effecting and fix or helping me see what I am doing wrong.
