> Mike: At first, I thought he meant a new, twist-on "flush fitting", and was referring to the Super Seal.;)(#6/ Associative Conflict) Seriously, how about using a fender washer cut to a "D" shape, diameter = web width, so that the center hole is still intact, screw it on the deck with loop outboard of the screw. When you add the bungie, the loop will be pulled back toward the center of the boat to cover the screw/washer, flat side of the "D" washer against the web to make a square fold. Screw and washer disappear under the web and bungie. TNX, Scotty
