Well, it's a bit more tough than spotted owl, so I'd recommend a good marinade. Maybe use your favorite Bald Eagle marinade and seasonings!

Sheesh! I'm surrounded by idiots. First it was the Unabomber, then the Freemen. (One of whom, coincidentally, is my father-in-law's cousin! uggh!)
