I disagree.

gas fired appliances take only the oxygen & give back carbon monoxide. the carbon monoxide takes another oxygen molecule from the air that didn't went thru the flame, & it becomes carbon dioxide - co2. so you're left with oxygen free air, you feel tired, you go to sleep, & that's it.

with the car engine it's different. the engine takes everything, not just the oxygen. the engine does with the air whatever it does, & then throws it thru the exhaust. If the garage was completely sealed, vacuum would have been created, but it's not, so new air slowly flows in from somewhere. besides that, I'm not sure how much air the engine uses.

did anybody tried that thing before ??
