If ever you are confronted with the situation of needing to get more clamping pressure out of your spring clamp (gluing up laminatons for example) but don't have the room to fit in another clamp, try this: squeeze another clamp and place the handles inside those of the original. This effectively doubles the pressure exerted at the jaws of the first clamp.
