While you should be aware of concentrated vapors the bigger hazzard is the uncured hardener. Wear gloves and change them often. Kern Hendricks, the president of System Three is a regular contributor to the rec.boats.building news group. If you do a search via http://dejanews.com for "KernHend" you can find a lot of info on epoxy handing. There have been several threads discussing epoxy senitivity in great depth. I spent three summers working in a fiberglass pickup topper plant. I never had any reaction to the resin, hardener or dust but saw many kids go home with severe rash after just a couple hours of exposure.
