I build in the basement (albeit a large fairly easily accessed basement) when the temp starts to plummet and I honestly cannot tell ANY odor coming from the epoxy and I've got a fairly sensitive sniffer. I use both clear coat and fast setting system three. Now varnishing is another story. I wouldn't even think of varnishing in the basement because of the odors (and the furnace and the hot water.....can you say KABOOM!!!!) I suggest gloves though and the tyvek suit would be cool but I doubt I could fit my fat ass in one!!! :-) Maybe house wrap? LOL Good Luck on the project. Doug
