Dean,

I'm absolutely itching to build a Guillemot or Endeavor 17'.....but I live in an apartment (I've got the bottom floor of a 2-family house).

The room that's available for a workshop is 13' x 15', which means I'd have to work diagonally across the room. There is one window for ventilation.

Am I nuts to attempt this in such tight quarters? Will the noisier parts of the process drive my upstair neighbors -- who are also my landlords -- crazy? Will the fumes be hazardous to my 6 yr old son (my plan would be to tackle the project during the day, while he's at school)?

Comments??? Suggestions??? (please don't kill my dream!) Helen
