I wish to apologize up front to those I have missed in the text. When writing I remembered some and then used some printed post threads for others, so many are bound to be left out. Names taken in vain were for the sake of rhyming only - no affront intended especially at this time of year!
"hosed" is not meant in the biblical sense but as in "disgruntled" or "annoyed".
