You might try Fiberlay, Inc. at 2425 NW Market in Seattle. There's a website at Fiberlay.com but I've lost my PDF file reader, so I can't comment on its contents.

I went there a couple of months ago. They have a fairly wide variety of fabric styles and weights, from the 1 oz. range on up, including some Kevlar, if you want to see what it looks like, as well as different tapes. Even some unidirectional carbon stuff, if I'm not confusing myself. I picked up a yard each of four different weights to be able to play with a little.

Sorry, but I don't remember their prices offhand.
