Something I've done several times is to pop it in the microwave for about 20 seconds or so (usually when my wife isn't looking) and it gets nice and thin real fast! NOTE!!! This isn't advised unless the resin and hardener are in plastic containers that can take the heat. Wouldn't want to see a METAL container used for obvious reasons.....(fireworks!)
