I'll install my bungy hooks tomorrow, so I did some homework on the subject:
to my opinion, 2 or 4 hooks will seal the same. the difference is in the reliability. with 2 hooks, if one hook breaks, whatever the reason might be, you're dead. with 4 hooks, if one is gone, you can still make it.
I was also thinking to install a spare bungy cord that will be put into use when/if another bungy will tear.
