Dean; Kick back, pour yourself a glass of chilled American Pilsener, motor oil, or cheap scotch. (All same) You attempted an Herculean task,to float an ethereal football on top of the main glass, and simultaneously wet through all to the wood below! You almost made it! Instead, you invented the "Trex-Float" composite hull, with floatation built in! Patent it, and the rest of us will have to get your permission to duplicate the effect. Nail your roll, and we'll only have a second or so to check it out! Buy a commercial boat and you'll be like me, my Walden "Vision" is named "Woody Wannabe".
