I'm looking to build a Great Auk and I have a few questions. I've seen your web site and want to know were you got the aluminum strong back? How was it? and when you make an intrnal stem, do you cut down the form to accept the thickness of the stem? or just have a longer boat? also, I don't see too many people build a Great Auk. Are you out there?
