Fill coat

Fill coat question.

What if... I put on the fiberglass followed by a filler coat then pulled the yak off the forms glassed the inside. Join it with the fiberglass tape inside and out. Then put the last filler coat on the outside. Wouldn't that make it easier to fare in the fiberglass tape? What are the issues with that?
