I've cut Nick's forms and panels - I will use his forms every 20" or so to assist in shaping the kayak as I stitch it together. How do I apply the fillets when the forms are in the boat? If I take them out before applying the fillets, what good do they do?
My tentative plan is to get the shape correct with the forms, apply a small fillet with the forms in place (with small gaps at the form locations), then pull the forms when the fillets cure and expand the fillet and add the tape - does that make sense?
