Not much sympathy in this crowd eh Dale? I had a similar experience with Sears Roebuck and co. once. With their credit department here in Fresno. I had a little time, so I went to the library and got out the Std. and Prs. and found out who the president of the co. was and the address. I wrote him a letter, and simply explained the situation and told him Good-Bye, as a paying customer, and within 5 days I had a letter of appology, hand written, and signed by the man himself. It came with a new credit card, preferred costmer, and when I went back to Sears, there were two new employees where I had had the problem. The lesson here is, don't deal with the working slobs, when there's a problem, go to the man/lady at the top. :) Don't think that this will get you your book 4 weeks ago, but, it may start a solution to the problem in the future. You may be able to find the address ( email ) on their web site, and just address it to the boss. For what it's worth. :)
