I ordered my "the kayak shop" from amazon. I waited & waited & nothing happened. I don't remember exatly how long it was. it was quite a while ago. I emailed them. they came with the national excuse: it takes 2-3 weeks. I was travelling, so I didn't mind the waiting. actually, I completely forgot about it. I woke up after 4 weeks & emailed them, saying: "will I get anything ? , or is the money gone ? " they said they did shipped it, & there's probably a problem on the way. they asked me to reverify my addr' before they send me another one. I did. they did. I got it after 5 weeks or so. I consider them fair. I ordered from them again.
If you have spare time, go have fun @ the bookstore. personally, I think it's more interesting than going to see a movie.
If you don't have time, do it thru the net. the price you pay for this comfort is the waiting period for shipping, & the risk of more waiting time due to this or that.
