I've never met the business or person that couldn't, wouldn't, didn't, or hadn't dropped the ball a time or two. Yes, B&N is managing to act like a Baltimore Raven receiver, fumbling repeatedly, when it comes to your order. Many have not had that problem with them. Others have had that exact problem with Amazon, Sears, Borders, etc. Heck, want to talk about the real slime balls of the book selling world, Walden? :-) Ask them how long it takes to order a book some time.
I'm quite sure that even our vaunted Nick here has managed to screw up a customers order a time or two in his life. As, I'm sure, have you.
By all means, if you wish to hate over an incident, go ahead and hate. But is it worth it? Probably not.
