Glue drips

Posted by: Kelly Trehearne on December 28, 1999

Hello ev'ryone,

This has probably been covered a kabillion times, but I want to ask what the preferred method of dealing with the excess glue while stripping is. I have seen references to builders who wipe the glue while it is wet, and others who say it is best to let it harden a bit and then scrape. The latter say that this way the glue is not 'rubbed into the wood'...Thanks, kelly
