skirts and Chesie 18

Just finished my Cheseppeake 18 a few weeks ago.

I'm looking for a skirt that will fit it properly. Any recommendations for sizes or brands. I would prefer a neoprene bottom part with the nylon upper part. (I don't really want all neoprene or all nylon)

Also would like it to have the bungie cord type adjustments in both areas if possible.

Any help would be great.
