I am currently building a Coho in my cold Minnesota garage. I had the same problem and I called System 3. They said I could epoxy in any weather, but it would take a long time to cure. I built a 3 sided insulated box out of rigid pink insulation that fits over my boat on top of my workbench. I have 4 heat lamps inside and the box gets up to about 60 degrees inside. The epoxy usually cures in 1 - 2 days
