I'm just about to order my strips for a Guillemot. Actually the new Guillemot L (... I still like the Guillemot FatBoy name, but I suppose Harley would cause TM problems).
The two closest places to order strips from are Noah's and Classic Boat Kits. Noah's sells 7/8 inch strips which I think might be too wide for easy bending. Classic sells 5/8 and 3/4 inch strips they call their "Classic Strips". They are different in that they are slightly thicker in the middle, which Classic claims will need less fairing and sanding on curved surfaces. I'm thinking of ordering a pile of their 5/8 strips.
Anyone have any recommendations on these choices? Ross, I think you've used the Classic strips, what did you think of them? George, I know you've said you don't like them - why not?
