Ross is right, I purchased strips from CBK. I wanted 3/16" strips so Peter made his standard 1/4" strips then planed them down to 3/16", which also took off the roundness. As Ross mentioned, the strips were in good condition and he had a nice colour selection. I was pleased with the strips, but of course, I didn't have the problem that you are concerned about. I also found the 3/16" strips nice for the curves in the Guillemot.
