This seems like a great website. I built a CLC "pocomoke" under humid comditions, (Interrupted by hurricane georges). This is an okoume plywwod coated with epoxy resin technique. I used a Pettit epoxy paint for the hull. It6 had sat a good long while and was well sanded before I painted it. (To get rid of any "amine bloom". But after a while the paint developed blisters in places. So after a year I sanded it down again and repainted it with an oil base marine paint. But it still seems to want to blister in a few places. The ply seemed well sealed, and it hasn't been out in the sun or anything...I'm wondereng what I did wrong. Could it be residual moisture in the plywood? would welcome any tips anyone has on this subject--thanks!
