Bungie cord 'clamping' construction

Bungie cords. The reason you haven't heard anyone mention this before is because not all of us think this fast. Great Idea! Thanks for the tip. Of course, if you have weights on the ends, why not just use plain clothesline? Fix one end of the rope to the building form, loop the rope over the newly attached strip, and let the weight on the free end provide clamping tension. For more tension, add more weight. Small sandbags would be good -- you could recycle plastic shopping bags. Or, recycle 2 liter pop bottles or gallon milk jugs filled with water.
