Both Jesada and Grizzly Industrial have 'em. Each has websites. I bought from Grizzly, about $40, and they seem very well made. Available in both 1/4 and 1/2 shank, but be realistic... 'yer gonna be cutting 1/4 cedar! I've had much luck with their other router bits, and these seem the same.
