Order Status

You can review your order and order status via your user account. After you place your order you will be provided a user account on this site. Along with an email confirming your order, you should receive an email providing information about how to access your account.

Shipping

We have found that the most cost effective shipping method is via regular mail, this is USPS Priority Mail within the US and USPS First Class Mail International elsewhere. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you check out. After enter your address on the checkout form is a section titled Calculate shipping cost. If this section does not already show the shipping cost, hit the (Click to calculate shipping) button to find out your shipping cost. If this does not work, double check your shipping address to make sure it is entered correctly. US addresses need a valid Zip Code.

Your address will be stored for future use and if you have ordered recently you may find you address already available.

Delivery

Orders are typically processed once a week. We are a small operation and need time to design and build new boats, work on the website, answer questions, etc; so we may not get to your order the day you place it. Please be patient. We realize that people are used to next day delivery, but unfortunately we don't have the resources to provide that kind of service. If you need something quickly please contact us, we will do our best to accomodate special situations.

Payment

Our secure online shopping system major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). This is generally the easiest method. If you don't have access to a credit card, we do accept Personal Checks and Money Orders. To pay with a check of money order, go through the ordering process, and when you get to the checkout, select the payment method of Check or Money Order. We will process the order when we receive the check. If you live outside of the US please make sure the check is drawn on American Dollars. We are unable to accept payment in other currencies.
