What could be better than an August day in Maine? Lots of boats, in August, in Maine. This show has something for everyone with fine yachts, fine art, and fine homes. There will also be some fine kayaks. I'll bring a passel of boats to show.

Once again, the Woodenboat Show is back in my home waters. Held at Mystic Seaport, which is worth spending the whole weekend at in itself, this show gathers together the finest wooden boat builders in the country.

This show is the first hint of spring sparking dreams of the upcoming boating season. With an awesome selection of fine boats, this is not your average consumer boat show. I have yet to see any glitter gelcoat or the slightest hint of an over-powered bass boat, these are boats built by craftsmen dedicated to their craft.

A gathering of the finest fiberglass and wooden custom boat builders on the East Coast. Also exhibiting numerous manufacturers of boating equipment. Sailboats, powerboats, canoes, kayaks, and rowing boats with the builders there to discuss and sell their work.

The Annual WoodenBoat Show is a tremendous celebration of boats new and old, large and small. Throughout the Seaport, the energy was palpable from discovering a needed tool, learning a new skill, to pure, jaw-dropping admiration for the incredible craftsmanship found at every turn. Summer begins at the WoodenBoat Show!

This is a great show held in an old locomotive repair shop in Portland, Maine. I'll bring a small selection of boats to this show.

Maine Boats, Homes and Harbors Magazine puts on a great show on the waterfront in Rockland, Maine. The Maine Boats, Homes and Harbors Show has everything from luxury yachts to fine furniture and jewelry. Some in the middle of that spectrum are wooden kayaks, and that is where you will find me. I'll bring some of my best kayaks and other small boats for you to see.

I will be bringing my latest boats to the WoodenBoat Show again this year. Once again, it will be held at the fascinating Mystic Seaport Museum. There is always a lot to see at the show. Chesapeake Light Craft will be there with a full selection of their kits to try.
