All the information we gather here is only used for planning and safety of this event and will not be shared beyond those needs. We ask some personal questions that you may be uncomfortable sharing.
Sea kayaking in Maine is an untamed, remote activity. The goal of these questions is for us to be prepared, should a situation arise, where that knowledge could be beneficial for us to help you.

Paddler/Non-Paddler

Paddler: Four or more days of paddling, plus room and board at the Schoodic Institute.
Non-Paddler: Room and board at the Schoodic Institute in Acadia National Park plus access to off-the-water programming.
Coach/Staff: Work your butt off for the week.
If you are attending the event as a couple please provide your partner's name. We will assume you are sharing a room. If you are traveling with someone, but don't actually like them, you can leave this blank (we won't judge). Please note that this form should be filled out by both attendees even if one is a non-paddler.
